The minimum spend on food is K300 per person, with no fewer than 30 food portions of the chosen items. For example, if you choose biltong you cannot have less than 30 portions of biltong for a 26 – 50 person celebration.

Any event going on later than the times above, please note that after 18:00 the Rooftop Bar is open to the general public; any concerns on this please email us.  
  If you have any special requests, such as decorations, we as a hotel do not provide any decorating services. However, we do allow for guests to purchase their own decorations (with approval from our general manager beforehand) and provide set up for you as per your theme. Kindly note that we do not allow for any glitter, confetti, candles or incense as part of décor.
  To confirm your event with us, we require 100% of the quote to be paid in advance. The quote will include your food items, drinks and any extras. If in the event you cancel your event with us 14-days prior to the event, you will only be refunded 50% of your total deposit.
  In the case of bad weather or force majeure, we unfortunately cannot accommodate you in any other area of the hotel, however, you have a period of 3-months to reschedule your event (subject to availability).
